Why does no one pays attention to Jayron's basic evolution instead of his first evolution back in the day?

Jayron came on the Internet since 2012 not the current year of 2016 what people paid most attention to on the Internet and If people remember talking to Jayron in his basic evolution, they should able to remember what he looks like, I mean his basic evolution is biped and quadruped the same as the first evolution and many people think Jayron is only biped then he would evolve into a bigger animal remaining biped. I know Jayron the mustang horse basic's evolution lasted 4 in the half years it shouldn't be that short to remember.

Because he hasn't been appearing in the public much and also he hasn't been active on social media enough.
